NEW! Join us the day before Run Like Hell-th for a special lecture with our guest Dr. Jeff Spencer.
The VIP Package includes your 5K run or 1M walk entry for Sunday, admission to Dr. Spencer's lecture "Champion's Playbook: Get To The Top and Stay There!" on Saturday, plus you will receive your race packet at Saturday's lecture.
VIP Package is $50.
Lecture will run from 9:30 a.m. through Noon on Saturday, 3/31/12 at the Catholic War Vets of Bayonne located at 18 West 23rd Street, Bayonne, NJ 07002.
Saturday's activities will also include a raffle for a signed baseball cap with Lance Armstrong's autograph and prizes from Houlihans, a 50/50 will be collected and called that day, and donations will be accepted on behalf of Livestrong.

| Dr. Jeff Spencer's Bio: |
Dr. Jeff Spencer, Olympian, ICA "Sports Chiropractor of the Year", and author is one of America’s top champion builders and has been directly involved in 40+ Olympic, World, National and Tour de France championships. He has worked with NASCAR champion Bobby LaBonte, World Series MVP Troy Glaus, rock legend U2, and most known for helping Lance Armstrong win all 7 of his Tour de France victories. Spencer has also worked with PGA, WTA, and Supercross champions, ultra-successful entrepreneurs and business standouts, NFL, MLB athletes, as well as Motocross and Formula 1 drivers. Spencer received his master's in physical education and his undergraduate degree from University of Southern California and his doctor of chiropractic degree summa cum laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles. He has taught post-graduate sports rehabilitation and performance internationally and frequently lectures on peak performance, health, fitness, and wellness. Dr. Spencer is the author of the acclaimed book, Turn It Up! How To Perform At Your Highest Level For A Lifetime and audio program “The Top 10 Tactics From The Champions Playbook”. New Jersey Turnpike to exit 14A; pick up Route 440 South on the right; left turn for 440 South; get off at the exit for 32nd Street; drive west to Avenue A; turn right onto Avenue A; at 37th Street turn left diagonally into the park.
OR
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14A. Proceed straight out of the toll plaza down Avenue E, make a right at 48th Street, and go four blocks to the north entrance of the park.
