5K course is USATF certified.
Clocks at every mile.
500 point USATF-NJ Grand Prix race.
Awards to top 3 overall males and females.
Awards to top 3 m/f in 5 year age groups.
(9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+) |
| 1M Kids Run : |
The 1M Kids Run is a quick and residential "out and back" course. The kids will begin approximately 5 minutes after the 5K.

| 2M Family Walk: |
The 2M Family Walk shares part of the 1M course but will tour more of the residential area near Ginty Field. The Walk will begin just after the Kids take off.
|
| School Competition!: |
K-5: The school with the most race applicants will win $1 per runner for their school's Home & School Association (HSA).
FMS: The House with the most race applicants will win $1 per runner for their House Student Council.
MHS: The grade with the most race applicants will win $1 per runner for their grade's Prom Fund. |

Family Rate
$85 for families with 4 or more participants in the 5K run or 2M walk.
*Online registration closes at midnight on 10/18. Mail entries due by 10/14. Once closed, please register on-site on 10/20 beginning at 8 a.m. (cash or check only please).
*Pre-registration includes an event shirt; race day registrants receive shirts while supplies last. |

Exit 35. Right on South St. Proceed through traffic light. Left on Woodland Ave. ***Follow race parking signs. Ginty Field will be on the right just before Police Headquarters.
From 287 Southbound:
Exit 35. At light at end of ramp turn right on Madison Ave. Left at light on South St. Proceed through traffic light. Left on Woodland Ave. Follow *** above.
From Route 124 East or West:
Proceed to South St. Crossover Route 287. Proceed through traffic light. Left on Woodland Ave. Follow *** above. |

The Morris Educational Foundation is the beneficiary, creator, and support team behind the Colonial Challenge. The Morris School District serves the educational needs of the communities of Morristown and Morris Township for grades K-12 and Morris Plains for grades 9-12. Independent of the Morris School District, the Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) corporation that seeks to attract private resources to support a variety of educational programs that tax dollars do not cover. |
