The 5K course is USATF certified. Same course as the Winters End 5K. Primarily flat and fast. Exclusively on tree-lined park roads and paths with the park closed to traffic. |

What is Ringshoes??? Glad you asked...It's a variation on traditional horseshoes. The post is shorter to allow for easier ringing, and instead of horseshoes, 2 1/2 pound round discs are tossed at the target. Scoring is similar and the game is great fun!
The tournament will begin at 12:00 pm, after the conclusion of the 5K awards ceremony. Your team registration entitles you to all the beer and hot dogs you can handle, fun music, and a great time! |

Parkway South to x136. Take the jughandle and cross back over the parkway. Go straight through the immediate two lights. You are on Stiles St. Continue below.
Parkway North to x136. Bear right at exit ramp light. Go straight through the next light. You are on Stiles St. Continue as below.
...cont. Proceed approximately 1/2 mile and turn right at the Rahway River Park sign. Make an immediate left at the fork in the road. Continue straight for approximately 1/2 mile. At the Valley Road stop sign, continue straight into Rahway River Park. |
