*There will be music and fun throughout the morning. Refreshments will be available when you return from your run or walk. |
| 5K Run: |
The 5K course is entirely inside of scenic Duke Island Park. It is USATF certified and offers 500 USATF-NJ Grand Prix points.
Awards will be given to the top 3 overall finishers (male & female) and the top 3 in each 5 year age group (m&f).
Age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+
NJ Races will be timing & scoring the 5K using tear-tag scoring. |
| Registration Fees and Deadlines: |
5K or 1M by 4/26 online - $20
5K USATF-NJ by 4/26 online - $17
5K or 1M on event day - $25
Online registration closes at midnight on 4/26.
Mail entries will be accepted through 4/24 only.
Event day registration begins at 8 a.m. Cash or check only.
Event shirts are guaranteed to pre-registrants and offered while supplies last to event day registrants. |
