We are currently deciding upon the recreational activities for
the 2004 Atlantic Running Championships.

As you can see, the primary focus of the weekend lies with the running competitions.
However, we strive to make this a "weekend of competition and recreation".

We hope that you will bring your family and friends to stay at our host hotel,
the Embassy Suites, and stay for the entire weekend.

We would like to provide a number of extracurricular activities for
both families and runners taking the day off.
