R2C20 is a 91-mile, 7-person team relay race from Milford, NJ, to Manasquan, NJ, across the middle of the state. |

| Team Roster: |
Only the Team Name (can be changed later) and Captain information is needed to initially register. Team roster, including name, gender, age and average 5K time, must be submitted between June 14 and 28. |
| Clothing Order: |
For clothing order information, go to the event web site at http:\\www.oymp.net. Orders are by mail-in only, payable by check and must be received by July 5. Items ordered will be available at packet pickup on race day. |

R2C rules prohibit wearing any music amplification device in, over, or around runner's ears. This includes earbuds and any type of headphones. |
