Eight-week fitness challenge for those committed to living a healthier lifestyle who need a little extra motivation over the winter months

- Health fair with free health screenings, demonstrations and samples! Screenings offered are FREE - posture & stress, blood pressure, ideal body weight and fat analysis.
Mountainside Hospital will be providing BMI & fat analysis screenings plus cholesterol screenings (cost $10). All Mountainside Hospital screenings require registration. Please email loren@fleetfeetmontclair.com - put "Mountainside Screening" in subject line.

| PROGRAM INCENTIVE: |
Participants will earn a Fleet Feet Gift Card base on participation and commitment.
- 12 of 16 events = $25 Fleet Feet Gift Card
- 8 of 16 events = $15 Fleet Feet Gift Card
*Participants will receive a Winter Wellness Challenge activity card at the beginning of the program.

| PROGRAM CALENDAR: |
Participants will receive a program calendar once they are registered, and can choose from the activities offered.
All participants will be required to RSVP to events they plan to attend and will receive a confirmation e-mail 24-48 hours in advance of each event.
Calendar updates will be posted to private Facebook page and will be e-mailed. |
| REGISTRATION: |
Registration is available online or in person at Fleet Feet Sports - Montclair, 603 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, NJ.
You can also register at the Health Fair on January 11th.
Registration Fee is $50. Your registration fee gives you access to all events, lectures and exercise classes in the series.

| Program Dates / Locations: |
The Fleet Feet Winter Wellness Series will kick-off with a Wellness Fair on Monday, January 11th, 2016.
The event will take place from 6:30pm to 8pm at Union Baptist Church's DC Rice Hall, 12-14 Midland Avenue, Montclair. All participants, as well as the general public are invited to attend.
Most events will take place on Mondays and Thursdays throughout the program (1/11 thru 3/3). Program lectures will take place at Fleet Feet Sports and exercise classes will take place at DC Rice Hall. Most all events will start between 7:00pm and 7:30pm. Time and locations will be noted on calendar.
Occasionally we may have a special event scheduled off-site at a sponsor's location. These dates and times will vary from regular program dates/times; these will also be noted on the calendar. |
