Train for a 15K whether it is your first or if you want to increase your speed at the 15K distance!
This program gears you up for our goal race, which is optional. Goal race is the Clinton Township Country 15K Run on April 30, 2016. |
Workout Times / Locations:: |
Saturday Group Run Sessions at 8am - Fleet Feet Sports, Montclair
Tuesday Sessions at 6:30pm - Brookdale Park Sessions will include tempo runs, hills and speed work.

Suggested Level Prior to Start of Program:: |
Registrants should be running 3-4 miles continuously, 3-4 times per week. |
