R2C21 is a 72-mile, 7-person team running relay from Lambertville, NJ, to Manasquan, NJ, through 30 towns. |

| Team Roster: |
Only the Team Name (can be changed later) and Captain information is needed to initially register. Team roster, including names, genders, ages and each member's average 5K per mile pace, must be submitted between June 17 and 24. |
| Clothing Order: |
For clothing order information, go to the event web site at www.r2crelay.com. Orders are by mail-in only, payable by check and must be received by July 10. Items ordered will be available at packet pickup on race day. R2C clothing order is optional. |

R2C rules prohibit wearing any music amplification device in, over, or around runner's ears. This includes earbuds and any type of headphones. |
