PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: |
Four week program (classes meet 4/2, 4/9, 4/23 and 4/30) designed to educate runners about the importance of a strong core while teaching participants key core exercises that they can incorporate into their weekly training routines.
Each class will begin with discussing muscle groups to be addressed and how they relate to strong, efficient running, followed by a demonstration of exercises to be taught. The remainder of the class will be a workout utilizing exercises covered.
Each class participant is required to bring an exercise mat. Maximum class size is 18 participants. |
WORKOUT TIME AND LOCATION: |
Our group will meet at Fleet Feet Sports Montclair. Participants are required to bring their own exercise mat.
Please allow enough time for parking; class will begin promptly at 6:30am.
Class duration is 1 hour. |
SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF PROGRAM: |
Runners of all levels are welcome. |
