PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: |
Our Intro to Speed Training Program is an 8-week program for beginners to help improve level of fitness and increase speed. Group sessions will range from 1 to 4 miles and focus on form drills, dynamic warm ups and various speed workouts. |
WORKOUT TIME AND LOCATION: |
Our group will meet Tuesdays at 6:00am from April 26 to June 14 at the track at Brookdale Park.
Participants should plan to arrive earlier to get in a sufficient warm up, and should be ready to start speed workout promptly at 6:00am.

TRAINING GROUPS: |
Participants will be grouped by ability during the first session.
Training will include a 1-mile time trial on the first and last session of each program. |
SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF PROGRAM: |
All participants should be running at least 10 to 15 miles per week. |

Our Summer Speed Clinic program is an 8-week program that takes place on Tuesdays at 7pm, June 28th through August 16th at Foley Field in Bloomfield. |
REGISTRATION: |
Registration is available online or in person at Fleet Feet Sports - Montclair, 603 Bloomfield Avenue, Montclair, NJ. The program requires a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 participants.
Spring Registration Fee is $80
Combo Registration Fee is $150 (save $10).
