Custom-designed long sleeve shirt to 5K participants and short sleeve shirt to 1M participants.
Race bags to the first 1,000 registrants.

| Courses: |
5K - USATF certified two-turn course along South Mountain Ave. through the Estate Section of Montclair. This is a USATF-NJ 500 point Grand Prix event.
1M - An "out & back" route along South Mountain Ave. |
| Goodwill Rescue Mission: |
Goodwill Rescue Mission provides shelter, hot meals, & counseling to the poor and homeless. Learn more about their efforts at www.grmnewark.org.

Top 3 male & female overall winners.
Top 3 male & female finishers in the following age categories: under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39 40-44, 45-49, etc. through 75 & over. |
| How can I help?: |
We encourage all participants to bring a canned food item to the event to help fill the Goodwill Rescue Mission's pantry.
You can provide a hot meal for someone in need! Goodwill Rescue Mission can produce a hot and healthy meal for only $1.98. You can donate meals in increments of 10, 25, 50, or 100 meals here or donate in any denomination at the event. Donation and volunteer opportunities can also be found at www.grmnewark.org.
Collect pledges and donations for your participation in this event. The individual raising the most pledges will receive 10 free classes at Yoga Montclair. There will also be prizes for the Top Fundraising Team and Largest Team. |

| Directions: |
Location: Montclair Art Museum, 3 South Mountain Ave., Montclair, NJ, 07042 (corner of Bloomfield & South Mountain Aves.)
From the Garden State Parkway: Take exit 148 (Bloomfield Ave.), make a U-Turn under the overpass and then turn right onto Bloomfield Ave. (left turns are not allowed on Bloomfield Ave. as you exit the Parkway). You will be travelling west. The Montclair Art Museum is approximately 2 1/2 miles on the left.
From I-280: Take exit 8B and merge onto Prospect Ave. Travel on Prospect Ave./Mount Prospect Ave. for approximately 2 1/2 miles. Turn right onto Bloomfield Ave. The Montclair Art Museum will be on the right after about 1/2 mile.
Parking: There is no parking on South Mountain Ave. Parking is available on North Mountain Ave. and along Bloomfield Ave. You will be directed where to park once you reach the Montclair Art Museum. |
