PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: |
A 12-week program specifically designed to help run/walkers and runners prepare to successfully cross the finish line at the Long Branch Half Marathon on May 1, 2011.
The program will kick off on February 1, 2011 at 7:00 pm. You will receive your training materials and get pumped for this grand adventure! |
WORKOUT TIMES AND LOCATIONS: |
There will be two training sessions per week and one seminar every other week. First group workout will be on Sunday, February 6, 2011.
- Weeknight short runs at 6:00 pm on Tuesdays, location TBD - Weekend long runs at 8:00 am on Sundays, meets infront of Fleet Feet Montclair at 603 Bloomfield Ave. - Seminars at 7:00 pm on Thursdays (every other), meets at Fleet Feet Montclair |

TRAINING GROUPS: |
- Run/Walkers - Runners, 11 minute per mile and over - Runners, under 11 minute per mile |
PRE-REQUISITE: |
All participants should be able to complete a minimum of 3 miles prior to the start of the training program on February 6, 2011. |
REGISTRATION: |
Registration is available online or in person at Fleet Feet Sports - Montclair, 603 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair NJ, and will be capped at 50 participants.
Registration Fee is $125.00 (does not include event entry fee)
NO REFUNDS will be given after February 1, 2011. There are no exchanges or transfers at any time. |
