Important Information: New Jersey's Premiere WOMEN'S Only Road Race!

Featuring awards for Mother/Daughter teams and for Bergen Community College Students.
Who Benefits?: The New Jersey Good Living Festival and 5K Run is presented to benefit women and girls of all ages. Professionals representing many topics relevant to women will be at Bergen Community College on June 4 to educate, provide current and cutting edge information and demonstrate techniques for healthy living.
Schedule: 7:45 a.m.: Registration
8:30 a.m. to 1:00 PM:
New Jersey Women's Good Living Festival
9:30 a.m.: Women's 5K Run
10 a.m.: Women's 3K Walk
11 a.m.: Awards ceremony
Entry Fees: Pre-Registration: by 5/28: 5K & 3K Walk: $22.[USATF-NJ $20.]
BCC Student $18.
Post registration: $25. for all after 5/28

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE, EACH MOTHER/DAUGHTER TEAM MEMBER MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TO INDICATE THE OTHER TEAM MEMBER.
5K Awards: Prestigious New Jersey Women's Grand Champion Trophy and Runner's Dream Gift Basket for overall winner, 2nd overall, 3rd overall.
1st, 2nd, 3rd Bergen Community College students
1st, 2nd, 3rd Mother/Daughter teams (May 28 deadline to register)
1st, 2nd, 3rd age groups; 5-year age groups from 10 and younger to 85 and older.
Course: USATF-NJ certified. Flat, fast figure 8, on Bergen Community College campus roads. Water stops. Mile clocks.
Amenities: Ladies' custom T-shirt, super refreshments, entertainment, random prize drawing, give-aways. Free entry to NJ Women's Good Living Festival.

Directions: Directions from the North:

(Via Garden State Parkway)-Take Exit 165, turn right (west) on Ridgewood Road, then right onto Ridgewood Avenue (crossing over Route 17) and continue to Paramus Road. Turn left onto Paramus Road and continue approximately 2 miles to college, proceed around jug handle to main entrance.

(Via Route 17)-Turn right off Route 17 onto Ridgewood Avenue (west) to Paramus Road. Turn left onto Paramus Road and continue as above

Directions from the East:
Take Route 4 (via George Washington Bridge from New York City) to Paramus Road, Paramus. (From the east, Paramus Road is approximately 3/4 miles past Route 17 intersection). Turn right onto Paramus Road and proceed north for approximately 2 miles to College entrance on right side of Paramus Road.

Directions from the South:
Via Garden State Parkway)-Take Exit 160 (Passaic Street). Turn left onto Passaic Street. Continue over Route 4 onto Paramus Road (Passaic Street becomes Paramus Road north of Route 4 overpass). Continue north about 2 miles on Paramus Road to college entrance on right.

(Via Route 17)-Take Century Road, second exit to the right, proceed around clover leaf over Route 17 onto Century Road (west). Continue to Paramus Road and turn right onto Paramus Road to college entrance on right.

Directions from the West:
Take Route 4 to Paramus Road, Paramus (exit under overpass). Turn right onto Paramus Road and proceed north for approximately 2 miles to college entrance on right side of Paramus Road.
